I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.

“CCFITNESS has changed my life! I was a high school athlete over 10 years ago, gained the freshman 30 in college, and have had a gym membership on and off for the past 5 years, but I have never seen results like those that I have achieved after training with Chris over the last 9 months.
